All of the realtor's listed as a Referred Realtor are just that: They have been referred by members from that area that have been or are currently their clients. These referrals have of course been favorable and the members making the referral would use their services again.
In addition to a referral, each realtor listed has provided Mil-Homes.com with a resume containing their real estate training and experience.
Referred Realtor's also pay an advertising fee. In light of these qualifications the Referred Realtor is empowered to submit property listings. These properties are selected according to the " popular profile" for the area which could include typical price range, location and type of property currently in favor with residents in the area.
